Subjects covered include maintenance and operation of the airport by Westchester County and County Airport Corporation, including grants obtained to pay for improvements to grounds; leasing of airport space for use and storage of corporate and individual aircraft and for operation of businesses; and concession and subconcession agreements for operation of businesses for car rental, restaurants, flight instruction, and other airport related activities.
