From Northern New York State
Follow the Taconic State Parkway south to the Saw Mill River Parkway. Follow the Saw Mill River Parkway south to Exit 21, Elmsford/Rte. 119. At the traffic light at the end of the ramp turn right (east) onto Rte. 119. Go to the first traffic light and turn right (south) onto Saw Mill River Road/Rte. 9A. The Archives and Records Center is 7/10ths of a mile on the right.

From Connecticut and points east
Follow Interstate 287 west to Exit 2, Rt. 9A/Elmsford. At the traffic light at the end of the ramp turn left (south) onto Saw Mill River Road/Rt. 9A. Continue south on 9A approximately one mile to the Archives and Records Center on the right.

From New York City and points south
Follow the Henry Hudson Parkway; north to the Saw Mill River Parkway. Follow the Saw Mill River Parkway north to Exit 21E, Elmsford/Rte. 119. At the traffic light at the end of the ramp turn right (east) onto Rte. 119. Go to the first traffic light and turn right (south) onto Saw Mill River Road/Rte. 9A. The Archives and Records Center is 7/10ths of a mile on the right.

From New Jersey and points west
Follow Interstate 87/287 east over the Tappan Zee Bridge. Continue past the bridge to Exit 8A, Saw Mill River Parkway - Route 119 Elmsford. Take the right fork of the exit to Elmsford/Rte. 119. At the traffic light at the end of the ramp turn left (east) onto Rte. 119. Go to the first traffic light and turn right (south) onto Saw Mill River Road/Rte. 9A. The Archives and Records Center is 7/10ths of a mile on the right.

From Long Island, Brooklyn, or Queens
From the Throgs Neck or Bronx Whitestone bridges, take Interstate 95 south (the Cross Bronx Expressway) -- or take the Triborough Bridge -- to Interstate 87 north (the Major Deegan Expressway). Continue on Interstate 87 north past the toll to Exit 7 "Ardsley/9A".  At the stop sign at the bottom of the ramp turn right (north) onto Saw Mill River Road/Rte. 9A and proceed for three miles.  The Archives and Records Center is on the left.

By Bus
