Telegram from Patini murder case, 1911

If you have searched our online indexes and found a specific record that you would like to obtain a copy of -- and are unable to visit our Reading Room in person -- the Archives staff will retrieve the record and copy it for you.

Please note that copies are for genealogical purposes only. The Archives cannot provide certified copies of documents. See our FAQ pages for information on how you can obtain certified copies of naturalization or marriage records that you may find in the Archives.

The cost is $15.00 per record, with the exception of Government Publications, which are billed on a per page copying fee. Payment must be received before we will work on your request.

You can complete and print-out an Individual Record Request form to mail with your payment.

Checks or money orders should be payable to the Westchester County Archives, and requests sent to:

Archives Reference Desk
Westchester County Archives
2199 Saw Mill River Road
Elmsford, NY 10523

Checks must be in U.S. Dollars and drawn on U.S. banks. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept payment by credit cards.

Please include in your request all the index information about the record. For information on ordering copies of records not listed in our online indexes or if you have an inquiry that would potentially involve a detailed investigation into the records themselves, you can request research by mail.
